ENTRYWAY MAKEOVER

New flooring, (laminate in the living area and tile in the vestibule). New baseboards and casings. Glass insert and repainting of the front door. Fresh paint.

NEW BREAKFAST BAR

Replaced the original basic windowsill with a custom-cut pine breakfast bar, stained to match the existing kitchen cabinetry.

BATHROOM MAKEOVER

New vanity, backsplash and hardware, plus a new ventilation fan with humidity controller.
